NorHOA’s mission is to serve the local officiating community by providing opportunities for growth, training and skill development. We strive to nurture a love for the game of ice hockey through support of our officials and strong relationships with local clubs and organizations.

NorHOA has over 600 members serving a geographical area that focuses primarily on Northern California, but also includes some areas of Nevada. We began in 2020 after the previous association (IHONC) ceased operation.

All officials are independent contractors.

We schedule officials for the following leagues:

• Fremont In House

• JSHL

• SHSHL

• TVMHA Pure Hockey

• Sharks Ice Adult League at San Jose

• San Jose High School

• Cupertino Adult League

• Vacaville Adult League
